The Nationwide Wildlife Refuge Affiliation seeks an City Neighborhood Engagement Specialist to work in collaboration with the Lenape Nationwide Wildlife Refuge Advanced. The first objective of this place shall be to increase the attain and affect of the Lenape NWRC in Elizabeth, NJ and Yonkers, NY, and the encircling metropolitan space. The Neighborhood Engagement Specialist will promote a tradition of collaboration aimed toward breaking down obstacles to interact city audiences in nature. Main duties shall be to work and talk with refuge employees and current partnerships to develop the attain of those organizations, construct new and numerous community-based partnerships, and broaden help for wildlife conservation by offering alternatives to interact and join numerous constituents with nature and encourage individuals of all ages to turn into stewards of the setting and the Nationwide Wildlife Refuge System.
